Execuwin team member photos should be consistent with the Brand Identity Photo Guidelines:

1. Team members should smile and express confidence.
2. Team members should be dressed in business attire.
3. The photo should be well lit and have a light-colored background. Avoid strong shadows.
4. The background should be a professional office setting and the background should always be out of focus.
5. No phones or computers should be in focus in any photos.
6. Do not take team member's photos in a studio or against a solid background, for example against a white wall.

For consistent head shots please crop photos using the following template:

The overall aspect ratio of the image should be 4 to 5 (for example: 8" x 10").

The top of the team member's head should be 5% down from the top, their eyes should be 40% down, and their shoulder should be roughly 80% from the top.
